The Diploma in Computer Support: Service and Networks is designed to provide students with the theoretical, practical and technical skills required to successfully work in a professional IT role.
The emphasis of the course is on Hardware, Networking, windows operating systems as well as a large emphasis on Linux operating systems.
The external certifications prove competence in areas such as installation, configuration, preventative maintenance, networking, security, troubleshooting and customer service:
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Linux+

- National Certificate in Computing (Level 3) or equivalent qualifications
- Or a minimum of 48 Level 2 credits including a minimum or 8 Level 2 credits in a language rich subject
- Or suitable industry experience
- Access to a personal computer for off-campus learning (desirable)
