This week saw a fantastic group from Career Café (an Auckland based hospitality training and recruitment institution) visit the NSIA premises at 100 Symonds Street for a workshop extravaganza.
Tutor Paul Hill showcased the excitement of mocktail making with some delicious results while barista training with Fabio kept everyone on their toes. Downstairs in Orange, restaurant manager and training assessor Yamali took the group through the rigours of table setting for fine dining.
After completing their workshops all participants were invited to a delicious, 3-course lunch at Orange Restaurant.
A big thanks to Career Café for participating in what was a great day had by all!
